We prefer a two night minimum but will accommodate lodging for 1 night.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservations needs to be within 30 days of booking or deposit is not returned.

All Apartments are non smoking but please feel free to smoke outside - sand buckets are outside each unit

Monthly rates are based on a monthly stay.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances and the time of stay shortens the room rate reverts back to a daily rate starting at $110.00 per night plus room tax and housekeeping fee
